EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange any unused or unopened products within 10 days from the day you received your order.
- Liquid products, including adhesive, primers and bonders and cream based products cannot be returned. If you are unhappy with your adhesive contact our customer service.
- All TLS Kits, including our Classic, Classic and Volume, and Educator Kits cannot be returned.
- All TLS Tweezers can be exchanged within 10 days of purchase. We know tweezers are very personal, and we want to make sure you find the pair that's right for you.
Store credits for exchanges will be completed once items are received. Shipping and TLS Shipping Protection costs are non-refundable.
